Abba has formally inducted me into the fellowship that is Liverpool Football Club.
I haven’t seen a lot of Abba for a few days in the week before last since he had been following the team around town on their current visit to Singapore.
Abba has been supporting LFC since 1975 – wow, that’s a looooong time ago!! Last Sunday night, he joined the masses at the National Stadium where Liverpool played the Singapore National team, The Lions. Of course, as things stand, The Lions are MY team!
In order to celebrate my introduction to the Reds, Abba got me the cutest bib!…now, I’m a Little Liver bird! Abba tells me how special the club is, and how all the fans the world over sing a very special song – You’ll Never Walk Alone.

Hmm, there are lots of lessons about life in there: I think I understand why Abba has such strong sentiments to the Reds.

Heh.. that's a mighty cute bib you've got there! Now Uncle Rhys is wondering where he can get one for his (future) kiddo - he's a big fan of the Reds too!
